French gastronomy in Miami awarded Michelin stars! [fr]

French gastronomy was honored earlier this month in Miami, when the Michelin Guide revelead its 2022 edition of the world’s most exceptional restaurants. L’ Atelier Miami, part of the Joël Robuchon concept and located in the heart of Wynwood, a lively Miami neighborhood, became the only restaurant in Florida ever to receive two Michelin stars! Under the direction of Culinary Director Alain Verzeroli and Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone, two of Robuchon’s own protégés, the restaurant offers a refined variety of dishes created by masters of the French cuisine. Chef Alain Verzeroli also received a Michelin star for his own restaurant, Le Jardinier, specialized in refined vegetable-driven French gastronomy.

Avant-garde gastronomy was equally commended: Ariete and its Chef Michael Beltran, creator of a masterful blend of French, American and Cuban flavors, received one Michelin star.
