“Good France” was initially created at the initiative of the Chef Alain Ducasse and the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs. 2020 marks the 6th edition of global mobilization as well as the 1st edition in Miami. This year the focus will be on the Centre-Val de Loire region as well as healthy and environmentally responsible cuisine.
Presentations and Masterclasses made by prestigious craftsmen “Meilleurs Ouvriers de France” such as Angelo Musa, Executive Pastry Chef at the Plaza Athénée Hotel in Paris, “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” and World Pastry Champion.
Local Chef Georges Berger, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Mirabelle Restaurant) and his son Armand Berger, Executive pastry chef at the Intercontinental Downtown will also create a Human size Eiffel tower made entirely of croquembouches (French puff pastries).
Generous tastings and samplings will be offered to visitors during the 2-day event by dozens of exhibitors to initiate them to French gastronomy and the “dîner à la française” thanks to the presence of major French luxury brands.
