In Florida, the Euro Challenge Competition, which is organized by the Miami European Union of Excellence, took place at FIU on Thursday, March 13, 2014.
This 2014 competition focusing on economic and social themes tight to the European Union gathered not less than eleven high schools from Miami-Dade, Broward, Fort Myers, and St Lucie:

Coral Reef Senior High School, Miami, Miami-Dade County
Felix Varela Senior High School, Miami, Miami-Dade County
Fort Pierce Westwood High School, St Lucie
Gulliver Preparatory School, Miami, Miami-Dade
International School of Broward (ISB), Broward County
International Studies Preparatory Academy (ISPA), Miami-Dade County
Miami Palmetto Senior High School, Miami, Miami-Dade County
Nova High School, Broward
Oasis High School, Fort Myers
Trinity Preparatory School, Orlando
Western High School, Davie, Broward County
By group of 3 to 5, the students had to choose one Union European member in order to develop an economic or social presentation. The countries selected this year were: Cyprus, Estonia, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Portugal and Spain.
And the winner was… Nova High School!
Congratulations to these students who showed interest and curiosity!
