Two French Films opening in May

On the 3rd and 10th of May, the French films "Paris Manhattan" and "In the House" will be premiering here locally in South Florida.

Theaters: South Beach Stadium 18, The Tower Theatre in Miami,
Shadowood 16, Delray Beach 18, Movies of Lakeworth and Movies at Delray


Starring Alice Taglioni, Patrick Bruel, and Woody Allen, the movie revolves around Alice Ovit, a pharmacist who has a fixation on Woody Allen and his films.

She works as a pharmacist, is single, is in love with her brother-in-love, and is obsessed with Woody Allen. She spends her days talking about his movies and her nights talking to his poster. She tries to get her love life back on track through dates set up by her father and through spying missions on her sister and brother-in-law’s marriage.

A Film by FRANÇOIS OZON Starring Fabrice Luchini, Kristin Scott Thomas, Emmanuelle Seigner, Denis Ménochet, Bastien Ughetto, and Ernst Umhauer.


A sixteen-year-old boy insinuates himself into the house of a fellow student from his literature class and writes about it in essays for his French teacher. Faced with this gifted and unusual pupil, the teacher rediscovers his enthusiasm for his work, but the boy’s intrusion will unleash a series of uncontrollable events.
