"Monin" celebrated its 100 years of existence
Created by George Monin in Bourges in 1912, the company began by selling wines and spirits before engaging in the production of syrups in the 1920s. In 1945, Paul Monin, the son of George Monin, became the head of the family enterprise. Monin products were distributed throughout the country, as well as in Europe.
Led since 1992 by Olivier Monin, the son of Paul, the company specializes in high quality syrups and is present today throughout the entire world.
Mainly dedicated to business customers, the brand Monin has invested in quality and innovation, constantly developing new flavors according to the needs of their customers.
Leading the market in professional syrups, Monin opened a production unit in Clearwater, in the Tampa area, in the 1990s. The centenary of the creation and realization of the company was proudly celebrated there on October 15th with a warm atmosphere and the presence of the company president, Olivier Monin.
