Labcitoyen: be an advocate for Human Rights

The Cultural Service of the Consulate General of France in Miami and the French Institute (Paris) present the program Labcitoyen. This program will allow one student from Florida to go to France, from July 6th through the 16th, and participate in conferences and debates on human rights and fundamental freedoms. The registration deadline is April 5, 2013.

France is known for fighting against the death penalty in the past and still today, embassies, consulates and French cultural institutes contribute to this struggle through a program called Labcitoyen.

The Embassy of France to the United States invites you to participate in the program Labcitoyen, organized by the French Institute (Paris), to encourage the debate on human rights.

In Florida, the Consulate General of France in Miami will be in charge of this program which will take place from Saturday, July 6th to Tuesday, July 16th 2013.

Program requirements, selection process, cost, and dates are detailed below. The deadline for submission of entries is April 5, 2013.
