France Alumni USA platform kick-off in Miami [fr]

On the occasion of the French Weeks, France Alumni USA launched its Miami Chapter on November 7, 2016. Alumni who studied in France were invited to join this opening reception in Miami and to learn more about the platform, to network and to stay connected!

Operated by Campus France, this platform provides resources and networking opportunities with other professionals with a French connection.

The website is intended to keep alumni connected to French language, culture and business. Members have access to internship and employment opportunities, and to a directory of other members as well as themed discussion groups.
It is aimed at those who have completed part or all of their studies in France, in any subject, for a period of 3 months or longer.

Membership is free.

At the launch event in New-York, on September 21, 2016 French Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Jean-Marc Ayrault, stated that “Student mobility is a pledge of tolerance and liberty”.

It is estimated that over 300,000 students pursue a form of study in France per year, including 17,000 Americans. The international France Alumni Platform so far connects a community of more than 38,000 students.
